Can I use the rowing machines at home? 

Our rowing machines are ideal for use at home. In addition to the elegant design, which make them an eye-catcher in any home, thanks to the water tank, they are absolutely silent and thus do not disturb roommates or neighbors. When you are not rowing you can place our rowing machines in an upright position against the wall to save space.

What are the advantages of a water rowing machine

Realistic rowing feeling: Rowing with a WaterRower offers an absolutely  authentic rowing experience as the oar blades in the water tank behave exactly like they do in a real rowing boat on water. 

Adjustable intensity: water rowing machines allow you to dynamically adjust the intensity of the workout. You can perform both light, slow rowing for recovery purposes and intensive, fast rowing for HIIT training (High-Intensity Interval Training). 

Pleasant noise: When rowing, all you hear is the sound of the oar blades in the water. The splashing of the water in the tank is very calming and motivating.

What do I train with a rowing machine?

How much space does a rowing machine need?

Our rowing machines require approx. 2 x 1m space when set up. This way you have enough room for the rowing movements and also enough space to move around the machine. When not rowing you can store our rowing machines in an upright and space saving position. Then you will need just 0.5sqm.

Can I lose weight with rowing?

Yes, rowing is a very effective way to reduce body weight as it has a relatively high calorie consumption and effectively burns body fat. However, at the same time you should also pay attention to a healthy and balanced diet to really lose weight successfully.

Just 20 minutes of rowing training a day can have a positive impact on your fitness, especially if you train at a high intensity. Rowing is a very time-efficient sport with which you can effectively burn calories, increase endurance and build muscle.
