The FLOW ONE combines the natural rowing feel of a water rowing machine with exceptional design and high-quality materials. Its elegant casing gives you the feeling of sitting in a slender rowing boat. Three design variants in walnut, oak and black allow harmonious integration into different living spaces. On top of that come the high-quality training console and space-saving upright storage.
Hardly any other machine works as many muscles as a rowing machine — around 85 % of your muscles are trained. With the right posture, the back muscles in particular benefit from regular training — a positive effect for a strong core.
Yes. Rowing puts hardly any strain on the joints, while you burn a comparatively large number of calories in a short time. You can sit down on the machine and get started without lengthy preparation — even in between other things.
With an optional tablet holder, you can attach your own tablet to the rowing machine and use apps such as Kinomap or EXR. Both are external services from independent providers and require their own paid subscription — they are not integrated into the training computer.
You can use a Garmin watch directly as a heart rate sensor. Alternatively, any Bluetooth LE chest strap will work.
In use, the FLOW ONE needs some room with a footprint of approx. 2160 × 560 mm. Stored upright, it takes up only around 0.5 m² — and thanks to its elegant look, it blends easily into your home.
The FLOW ONE is delivered as two pre-assembled units. You only need to bolt the frame to the front unit and attach the casing. For a surcharge of €95, we deliver the rowing machine fully assembled straight to your home.
Private customers receive a 2-year, business customers a 1-year product warranty. In the event of a defect, our service partner carries out the repair at your home.
