One idea.
Two generations.
STIL-FIT was founded in 2009 by industrial designer Anton Maria Rief. After many years of product development for renowned brands, he was convinced that fitness equipment deserves the same attention to design, materials and craftsmanship as furniture or architecture.
Out of this conviction, he developed the first STIL-FIT ergometer — one of the first pieces of fitness equipment deliberately designed to fit into modern living spaces.
In 2015, his son Basil Lazarowicz joined the company. While Anton continued to focus on product development, design and innovation, Basil took responsibility for sales, marketing and strategic development. Together they grew STIL-FIT from a small founding idea into a premium brand sold internationally.

Beauty that does not function is decoration. Function that is not beautiful is mere equipment. STIL-FIT builds neither.
Every curve, every proportion, every choice of material follows a functional logic first — and is then refined until it is aesthetically right as well. Not the other way round.
That means: sturdy constructions that make no compromises on durability. Ergonomic geometries designed around the real movement patterns of the human body. And surfaces that still feel the same after years of use as on the first day.
How a STIL-FIT machine is made
No assembly line. No automated mass production. Every machine is hand-assembled by our team in Munich and individually inspected before it leaves the workshop.
Design & development
Every product starts as a sketch. Anton Rief refines form, proportions and materials until every detail is right — not just visually, but in the mechanics, the feel and the sound.
Hand-assembled
In our manufactory near Munich Ostbahnhof, every machine is assembled by hand. Our team knows every screw, every joint — and knows what matters.
Inspection & shipping
No machine leaves Munich without being fully tested. Every function, every setting, every surface is checked. What we ship, we stand behind with our name.
