FAQ
What are the advantages of an ergometer?
A cycle ergometer offers many advantages for training at home: it can be set up quickly and easily and is a very realistic way to simulate your cycling training at home. Since it’s a stationary bike, it’s safer than riding outside, and it is absoluetly weatherproof. Thanks to the high-quality induction brake, the ergometer also gives you full control over the resistance setting, so you can challenge yourself and maintain a constant cadence. It is also equipped with numerous technologies such as a heart rate monitor and compatibility with the STIL-Fit app and other apps. With these apps, you can track your performance and add variety to your workouts.
Is the assembly time-consuming?
The ergometers come almost completely pre-assembled to your home. You only need to plug a cable connection, insert the handlebar unit and handlebar.
How does the delivery work? Can I arrange a delivery date?
In Germany and Austria, free delivery to the door is included in the purchase price. The shipping company will contact you after shipping to arrange a specific delivery date.
For an extra charge of 39,- EUR you get the premium delivery. The ergometer will then be delivered to your place of use.
Are all STIL-FIT ergometers compatible with the STIL-FIT app?
All models from January 2022 are compatible. For the previous models, please contact us. We can usually make them compatible.
Is there a charge for the STIL-FIT app?
No, the app itself is available for free in the app stores. However, you will need the STIL-FIT Smart package for models from October 2022 onwards in order to connect your ergometer to the app.
On which devices is the STIL-FIT app available?
Currently, the app is optimized for tablets and can only be used with a tablet. A mobile version may be available at a later date.
